Meatloaf that even your kids will like and you cant even tell half is made with turkey (cutting the fat!!)
Mix ground beef, turkey, eggs, bell pepper, onions, tomato paste, one can of tomato sauce and stuffing mix together. Place in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for about 35 min , draining grease off about 20 min into cookin.
Topping Sauce
Mix brown sugar, other can of tomato sauce, mustard, vinegar together. Spread on meatloaf and cook for 5 min.
