1. Roast Cauliflower
2. Use large pot. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and saute translucent. Add garlic and spices and stir briefly until fragrant.
3. Add cauliflower and stir and coat with spices, then add broth and water.
4. Bring to boil, lower to medium heat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and use and immersion blender.
6. Return to medium heat and add half and half, coconut milk,and lemon juice. Cook and warm through.
7. Add the dil and stir to combine
