Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 120c. Whisk the egg whites. Add caster sugar gradually to make the meringue. Pour the mix into a piping bag. Line a tray and pipe the meringue into a head shape and then go back and forward and make a paint at the bottom to make a ghost shape. Cook for an hour. Melt chocolate and use to make the face.
