Orange Chicken (from Naomi Singer, that mom never really liked although we made it all the time)
Sprinkle chicken lightly with nutmeg, rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix 1/2 the orange juice with the cooking sherry. Pour it over the chicken. Cover and marinate overnight.
Crush the stuffing mix fine. Roll chicken in the marinade and then coat with the stuffing mix. Grease casserole dish, put in the chicken. Dot with margarine.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
