Suggest a better descriptionIn a blender put 4-5 tomatoes,1/2 onion, 2 garlic cloves, salt & pepper, chicken bouillon, water and blend.
Then cut tiny pieces of onion, bell peppers and cilantro and mix together in a plate along with paprika, salt and pepper and place it aside.
Put canola oil in a pan on medium heat. Using a strainer, strain the sauce from the blender into the pan to get rid of any chunks. Then let the sauce heat up.
While that heats up, mix all the veggies you have on a plate with the ground beef and roll it in your hands together in tight tennis-sized balls.
Once the sauce has heat up, place the meatballs in the pan and let the meat cook for about 15 minutes or until it's no longer red.
You can also make white rice to go with the meatballs
