Heat oven to 350 F. Combine sour cream and salsa; set aside. Brown ground beef; drain off fat season with salt, pepper and seasonings; set aside. Lay 2 tortillas on baking sheet. Spread half of cheese on each. Layer on 2 more tortillas. Bake for 2 minutes. Flip over; spread each with half of the beans, beef and onions. Bake for 2 more minutes. Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream mixture. Serve warm.
