Suggest a better descriptionBrown chorizo, ground beef, onions and mix in taco seasoning. Drain off excess fat and set aside. In baked pie shell, layer meat mixture, beans and green chilies. Whisk eggs and pour over meat and bean layers. Top with cheeses and bake until set. When quiche is cool top with sour cream and guacamole.
