Suggest a better descriptionSoak noodles. Fry garlic and mince until browned. Combine sauces in a jug, and add one third of sauce mixture to meat. Stir- fry for 1 min. Add book choy and onions, stir fry till tender. Add noodles to meat with remaining sauce mixture.
