Chop onion, garlic celery, cabbage and carrot
Place ingredients, excluding the Parmesan and basil, into pressure cooker. Cover with lid and cook in microwave at 900 watts for 25 minutes
Remove from microwave and rest until depressurised
Ladle into soup bowl and garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh basil
Serve with warm, crusty bread
Canellini beans can be replaced with tinned lentils or beans.
Freeze to eat at a later time.
