Cupcake sized cakes
Preheat oven to 450'
Butter 6 - 3/4c souffle dishes
Combine butter and chocolate in saucepan over low heat till melted. Cool slightly.
Whisks all the eggs in lg bowl to blend.
Whisk in sugar ...then the chocolate mixture.....then the flour
Divide into the dishes prepared. (can be made ahead and refrigerated a day ahead)
Bake @450' for 11 - (14) minutes till center remains soft and runny
Run knife around edges to loosen and invert onto plate to serve
Don't serve with ice cream....way to rich!
