I Loved these growing up!
Saute 1 large onion in 2 tbs of oil
Add garlic, flour and water. Heat and stir until it thickens.
Add tomato sauce, chile powder and salt to taste. Bring to boil and then simmer 15 minutes (if too tart add sugar). Allow sauce to cool
Dip tortillas in the sauce, place in cooking dish. add onions, olives and cheese. Roll and place to side of cooking dish. Repeat filling the dish and then pour sauce over and cover with cheese and sprinkle onions and olives.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and the cheese is bubbling.
Serve Spanish rice and green salad
