Preheat oven to 350?.
In a large bowl whisk together dry ingredients. Stir in oil, eggs, and pineapple. Stir in bananas and nuts. Pour batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake in preheated 350? oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Remove from pan and let cool completely.
Cream butter, vanilla and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Top with coconut and pecans.
