2. Fry potatoes
3. Fry onion, add chicken, 1 1/2 cup water and 1/3 tsp sugar, and cook until chicken is cooked and potatoes are soft. Put in baking dish.
4. Fry curry paste and 4 tsp corn flour until brownish, add 1 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup concentrated milk, 2 tsp custard powder. Cook until pasty. Add to baking dish and add the 1/2 oz butter.
5. Bake at high temperature for 20 mins.
