In a large bowl, mix Bisquick, milk and egg, beating for 30 seconds. Stir in cheese. Spread into pan.
Brush dough with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Cool 5-10 minutes. Cut and serve warm.
