1) Melt shredded mozarella and add the almond flour. Stir until well combined. Roll dough out between parchment paper.
2) Lay bacon slices along center and top with scrambled eggs.
3) Fold over and seal the dough. Add holes to release steam while baking
4) Bake at 400 for 20 minutes until golden and firm.
