Suggest a better description1. Heat broiler. In large bowl, beat egg & then add breadcrumbs (or oats), cumin, allspice, cinnamon, salt & pepper. Finely grate in garlic. Mix in ground beef, then shape into 12 balls and arrange on a rimmed baking sheet.
2. Broil on upper rack of oven until browned, about 2 to 3 min. Reduce oven temp top 450 deg. F. Remove meatballs from oven and carefully pour off any excess fat.
3. In bowl, toss 1 cherry tomatoes and chickpeas with olive oil and salt & pepper (to taste). Add to pan with meatballs and roast until tomatoes have softened, about 10 min. Remove from oven and top with crumbled Feta cheese and chopped Parsley.
Serve with couscous.
Flavor Booster: Add chopped Mint and Oregano or Fennel seeds and Red pepper flakes to your meatball mix.
