preheat oven to 325 degrees
mix croutons with cheese and fill bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish, coated with cooking spray. mix eggs, milk and seasonings, pour over crouton/cheese mixture. Let stand overnight (or all day, if being served for dinner).
Take out of refrigerator, let stand 10 minutes. bake for 1 hour, serve hot.
