Side Dish Inspired and Developed by My Two Daughters"Sawsan" & "Solafa"
Source: Or Home
As we use ,ONLY, cooked Chickpeas and Soybeans, we wash the Dry items and soak them in water before night...next morning , we put the soaked items with new water in Pressure cooker over High Heat till start boiling and making Foam, we lower the heat to medium and remove the Foam ...once the foam is finished , we cover the Pressure pan on second level and leave it for about 50 Minutes ....after that we take only the cooked items and leave the water aside...Pour the cooked items in Food processor and grind medium speed together with all the ingredients except Olive oil and Parsley ..if needed we add 2 Tbsp of the cooking water or more to facilitate grinding till we get very soft Mixture....put the Mixture aside to get cooled...then transference the mixture to serving Bowl ..Drizzle Olive oil..garnish with Chopped parsley and Red Chili...Enjoy Eating by Flat Bread
