1. Cut pork crosswise into 1/2" slices; cut each slice into 1/2" strips.
2. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add pork to pan; stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer pork to a bowl, and drizzle with 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce.
3. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms ad garlic to pan; saute 2 minutes. Stir in 1 tablespoon soy sauce and coleslaw; cook 2-3 minutes or until cabbage is crisp tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in pork; cook 1 minute,. Remove from heat, and stir in green onions and hoisin sauce.
