Recipe for mulled cider received from recipe book of Historic Downtown Franklin, TN. Great winter/holiday cider.
Combine the cider, orange juice, cinnamon sticks and brown sugar in a large heavy saucepan. Place the cloves in a mesh tea basket and add to the cider mixture. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Keep warm over low heat. Ladle into mugs.
