In large bowl 1 cup S.R. flour, 1 egg, salt and pepper, then keep adding milk (approx 3/4 cup) and beating till mixture resembles heavy cream and bubbles appear (the more air bubbles the better). Leave to sit for 1/2 hr if you have time. Add 1 finely chopped onion, diced meat, one diced tomato and some grated cheese and mix well. Drop large spoonfuls into hot vegetable oil and wait until bubbles appear before turning over with a spatula. Good luck ??
