Bread base with a mushroom/cream filling
Cut rounds from bread about 4 inches in diameter. Oil a muffin pan and place the rounds in the muffin pan and lightly butter. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes or until just about to brown.
Saute onions in butter. Then add mushrooms and cook until the moisture is gone. Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and mix in. Then add the remaining ingredients. Cook gently until consistency thickens slightly. Spoon mixture into the bread cups and bake at 350 for 10 mins.
