Quick and simple mutton curry

Clean & rinse mutton
Add oil in pressure cooker and add in whole clove, cinnamon and cardamom in mid low flame wait for aroma to release
Add chopped onion saute till translucent and add in mutton, and turmeric saute for about 3 min
Add green chili and ginger/ garlic paste saute for 2 min and add in curd mix for 2 min
(Now add in all dry masala powder saute for 5 min in mid low flame (if needed add some water)
Add in tomato and salt as per taste mix and cover the cooker for about 4 whistle.
once the pressure is released add grind coconut paste and curry leaf bring it to boil for 3 min and cover the cooker
optional you can add cashew nut paste & potato, cover the cooker and cook for 3 more whistle or till its done.
If the mutton is tender cooking time will be lesser may be u can reduce 2 whistles
The grave can be made without cashew nut and potato or either one can be added and cashew nut can be substituted with poppy seed (kasa-kasa)
