OVEN METHOD - Preheat oven to 375. Flour pork chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown both sides in butter. Sprinkle one side with garlic powder, paprika and dry mustard (I did equal parts, about 1 tsp each). Remove to oven to finish cooking.
AIR FRYER - preheat to 400. Sprinkle one side of the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and dry mustard (I did equal parts, about 1 tsp each). Cook 12 minutes, flip and cook until finished.
MAKE THE SAUCE - Pour remaining ingredients in skillet, and cook down.
Serve sauce over chops, rice and vegetable.
