Suggest a better descriptioncombine chicken with ingredients but yogurt. marinate overnight.
Add yogurt and marinated until use.
bake at 500 until done.
Sauce.
cook onion until light golden. add garlic, ginger, chili, tomato paste and masala. cook until fragrant.
add crushed tomato, sugar, turmeric and salt.
bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes
stir in yogurt.
Dice chicken 1 inch. MIx with sauce and cilantro.
DO NOT SIMMER CHICKNEN IN SAUCE.
Serve with basmati and naam.
