In a pot:
Cook noodles for 3-4 minutes
strain and set aside
In a Wok:
Get wok hot
add 3 tbsp cooking oil
brown chicken, but don''t cook until done (approx 2 minutes)
add 3 tbsp more cooking oil
add green onions, peppers and celery
Cook until chicken is done
Add noodles
Add sauce to mixture
cook until the sauce thickens
scoop into serving vessels
sprinkle with chopped almonds (roast almonds in a dry skillet until toasted if you prefer)
