Drizzle potatoes with Olive oil, salt and pepper and bake until tender
On the stove top, oil salt and pepper with peppers and onion
Boil hot dogs until warmed
In each halved hard roll, slice a pocket and stuff with hot dog, peppers, onions and potatoes.
Top with mustard or ketchup
