Suggest a better description1) microwave onion, chili powder, oil, garlic, tomato paste and oregano until onion soft. about 5 minutes. stir occasionally. xfer to s cooker
2) stir broth, coffee, tapioca, chipotle, sugar and bay leaves into slow cooker.
3) season pork w salt/pepper and put in slow cooker. cook 9-11 hrs on low or 5-7 hrs on high
4)let chili settle for 5 minutes then remove fat from surface. discard bay leaves. add raisins and let sit 10 minutes.
5) stir in cilantro, lime zest and lime juice
6) serve
