2. Cook Salmon according to instructions.
3. Cook potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10 minutes or until just tender. Transfer to a large bowl.
4. Add salmon, tomato, olives, lettuce and egg to potatoes. Add dressing. Toss gently to combine and season with salt and pepper to serve.
