I would use the striped paper cups shown in the photo they separate well from the muffin. The paperless ones stuck to my muffin pan even though I swiped each pan cup with a little oil.
Mix all ingredient and bake for 30 minutes. If you'd like to add raisons or dark chocolate chips feel free but remember the nutritional value will not be what's listed.
