Healthy high protein oat muffins
Preheat oven 350
Grease muffin tin or line
Large bowl, combine rolled oats, honey, coconut oil, protein powder, PB, vanilla, baking powder and salt
Divide the oat mixture evenly among muffin tins to 3/4 full
Bake for 8 min or until set with clean toothpick
Mash the raspberries
Melt the chocolate chips
Remove oats from oven and add raspberries and chocolate topping
Cool in fridge or freezer about an hour
Store in air tight container for 3-4 days
