Suggest a better description1. Soak oats in 2 cups of water for 2 hours.
2. Blend soaked oats with an extra 0.5 cup of water until smooth batter.
3. Heat pan with oil
4. When pan is hot, add 1/4 cup of batter to pan.
5. Using the back of the ladle to spread the batter into a thin circle
6. Drizzle a little oil on top and flip over.
7. Repeat for remaining batter.
8. Serve warm and can freeze for up to 3 months.
