Quick and easy scratch cake
Preheat oven 350. Grease or spray and flour 2 round cake pans or a 13x9 pan. Mix together sugar cinnamon eggs oil in a large bowl. Peel and slice apples and add to sugar mixture toss to coat well. Mix together flour and baking soda . Then pour into apple mixture combine together well. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 55 min or until toothpick comes out clean and golden brown.
Serve warm with ice cream. And ready whip and/or drizzle with melted caramel sauce .
