Nice flavor - quick cooking time but needs overnight to sit
Combine steak, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, red pepper in large ziplock. Squeeze out air. Refrigerate 30 minutes minimum but better overnight.
In non-stick skillet, heat oil, brown meat, remove to plate. Add the broccoli and onion and stir fry until its bright green approx. 3 minutes.
Stir together orange zest, juice, cornstarch in small cup. Add to skillet. Stir fry until sauce thickens. Add beef and stir fry until heated thru.
Serving size 1 3/4 cup. 6 points.
