Easy to make.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Put oil to Max Line in Fry Daddy, turn it on for at least 15 minutes, prior to putting in the chicken. For sauce: Combine Soy Sauce, garlic & crushed red pepper, simmer. To make Breading mix together Corn Starch, water, sugar, baking soda & eggs. Place chicken into the corn starch mixture and cover each piece well. Deep fry the coated chicken pieces for 7 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and mix to cover all pieces. Serve over rice.
