Great for the holidays
Heat oven to 350 F
Coat a 12-cup Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray with flour
Whisk flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg
In a stand mixer beat the sugar, butter and orange zest until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes)
Add 1 egg at a time at slow speed until well blended
Mix in flour mixture and sour cream, alternating 1/3 of each
Mix in cranberries
Pour mixture into pan
Bake 65-70 minutes, let cool for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely
Glaze with powder sugar frosting
