Suggest a better description1. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, sugar to a food processor, pulse until blended
2. cut butter into 1/2 inch pieces add, and pulse till cornmeal texture, pout into mixing bowl and create well
3. pour orange juice, milk, and cranberries into a well in the center, mix just until combined with a rubber spatula
4. quickly roll out to 1/2 inch thick and cut
5. bake at 450 until brown (10-12 minutes)
