Great for Spring and Summer Hot Days
Bring to boil the Jello Tapioca Pudding and milkr. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Make Orange Jello according to package. Remove and coo Tapioca Puddingl. Fold in Cool Whip. Add mandarin oranges. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
