2. Combine crust ingredients(crushed cookies and melted butter) and press into bottom and up sides of 9" spring form pan.
3. For filling, blend cream cheese and sugar well; then add eggs individually.
4. Add remaining ingredients until fully blended. Stir in 6 broken cookies and pour into crust. Scatter remaining broken cookies onto top.
5. Wrap base and sides of pan in tin foil and place in a baking dish with enough water to come up 1/2". The foil should protect the cake from water seeping in.
6. Bake 1 hour, 15 minutes. Chill overnight.
