Suggest a better descriptionMix all above ingredients together well and use to rub into surface of steaks, first being sprayed with Pam & pierced also with tines of fork to absorb dry rub mixture better. Sear steaks quickly in a little hot oil in order to lock in juices till nicely browned each side. Then continue by placing steaks in broiler pan few inches from broiler heat to desired doneness. Left over seasoning mixture can be stored in a tightly capped container at room temp. to be used with a few weeks.
