Suggest a better descriptionPan sautee chicken in oil until cooked. Saute onion, celery, and carrots in butter 10 minutes. Add flour to sauteed mixture, stirring well. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Combine broth and half and half. Gradually add broth mixture to vegetables. Cook over mediu heat stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Stir in salt, pepper, chicken. Stir. pour mixture into large casserole dish. Top with pie crust. Bake 400F for 40 min.
