Suggest a better description1. Butter a 9x13 baking dish, Place half of bread cubes on bottom.
2. In mixing bowl, cream and whip the cream cheese till smooth, fluffy and well whipped, scraping down sides of bowl several times.
3. Add maple syrup and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour cream cheese / syrup mixture over bread cubes.
5. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle evenly over cheese mixture.
6. Place rest of cubes next
7. In a mixer , beat eggs,add milk, vanilla, and melted butter until well mixed, pour over bread cubes.
8. With a spoon, press the bread down into egg mixture so bread can absorb liquids.
9. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
10. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 50 minutes , Serve with maple syrup
