A delicious addition to breakfast or a coffee break snack!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet.
In a large bowl, mix your dry ingredients (flour and baking powder).
In a separate small mixing bowl whisk wet ingredients together (milk, egg, oil, vanilla, and honey).
Pour wet ingredients into dry. Once we’ll blended, fold in blueberries.
Form 8 separate “biscuits” and place on parchment paper.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden colour.
Serve!
