Add to blender bone broth, orange centre, soaked dates, vinegar, brags, ginger garlic paste, chili flakes. Blend till smooth.
Place liquid in the crock pot to cover the chicken and stir to ensure everything is coated well. Ensure chicken is covered completely or add a bit more of same sauce to cover. Place lid on and cook on low for 3 hours or till done. You can also cook on high or medium for less time. The last hour or half hour I add corn starch. Add the starch to the cold water and whisk well. Then add slowly to the crock pot, while stirring it in. Turn the bot to medium for 30 minutes to an hour and it will thicken well. This is not strictly paleo, as it is a grain. You can also use a bit of dehydrated potato flakes/ starch if you like, for a little less smooth paleo thickener for the same amount of time.
Serve with salad or cauli rice.
