Topping:
Measure 2/3 Cup dry cake mix into small bowl, cut in the margarine, then mix in brown sugar and pecans. (Set Aside).
Cake batter:
In larger bowl beat eggs lightly with a fork; stir in sour cream. Slowly blend in the remaining cake mix. (Batter will be thick & slightly lumpy)
Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased & floured 9x13" pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the topping over batter and repeat with another layer of batter and topping.
Bake 40-45 minutes.
