Pan seared brussel sprouts roasted with white balsamic glaze
Preheat oven to 400
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in large pan. Add sprouts, cut side down, in one layer and brown in batches.
In the oven, roast for 4 minutes
Return to stove top. On medium heat turn sprouts over carefullly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of vinegar
Stir Gil coated & evaporated
