Method :
Marination of paneer:
In a large mixing bowl take thick curd.
add chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger - garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and oil. mix well. now add cubed capsicum, onions and paneer.
mix gently and marinate for 30 minutes.
Now take a large tawa / pan add oil. Add marinated panner pieces and capsicum, onions and roast all the sides. Until roasted well and keep aside .
paneer tikka gravy recipe:
firstly, in a large kadai take some oil and saute finely chopped onions Ginger garlic paste and sauté them well . then add tomato puree and cashew paste.now add chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt.also add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.cover and simmer for 10 to 15 mins now add roasted panner and leftover curd mixture.furthermore, adjust the consistency by adding water.allow the gravy to boil Throughly finally, add crushed methi leaves and coriander leaves for garnish.. Enjoy this yummy spicy paneer tikka masala with phulka , roti, rice , of your choice!!!!
