place sultanas and brandy in a bowl and set aside for 30 mins
Grease 24cm springform cake pan, sit on a bake tray with some paper towel between as some egg will seep through
spread each slice of panettone with butter then lay slices in tin scattering sultana mixture and cranberries over each layer.
Whisk remaining ingredients together and pour mixture over panettone and set aside for 20 mins to soak in.
preheat oven to 150degC, remove paper towel and bake 1 1/4 hrs or until just set
rest for 15mins then remove from tin
dust with icing sugar and serve with thin cream
