Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 425 degrees. Wash chicken with warm water and pat dry with a paper towel. Mix the Parmesan cheese with salt and pepper to taste. Dip the chicken in the melted butter, then coat with the cheese mixture. Place the chicken in a rectangle baking pan and pour the remaining melted butter over the chicken. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn the chicken and bake for 20 minutes longer. Serve hot with twice baked potatoes and green bean casserole.
