Suggest a better descriptionsauté onion and garlic in butter. Sauté beef, spinach, onion and garlic for a few minutes. Mix beef mixture with cheese salt, egs and mushrooms. Put in blender. Roll mixture in noodles. Place in buttered baking dish. Spoon sauce over top. Bake at 425 for 10min. Spread with cheese and bake 15 min more.
